Since 2020, La Mano de Fátima has been a taste of the Middle East in the heart of Santander, where tradition and sophistication meet in every dish. Founded by Nabil Bour-Qaiba, a passionate chef born in Morocco, this restaurant arose from his desire to share the authentic flavors of his homeland.

From a young age, Nabil trained in various restaurants in his country, perfecting his technique and delving into the richness of Arab cuisine. Upon arriving in Santander, he discovered, he discovered the lack of establishments dedicated to this cuisine and decided to embark on his own project, combining his culinary experience with his background in tourism to create a unique offering.

At La Mano de Fátima, every detail is designed to transport you to the heart of the Middle East. Our menu offers a carefully curated selection of traditional dishes, such as couscous, tagines, falafel, and mezze, prepared with high-quality ingredients and a touch of sophistication. The experience is completed by a welcoming atmosphere, with décor inspired by Arab culture and warm hospitality that makes every visit special.
