About La Mano de Fátima

Since 2020, La Mano de Fátima has been a corner of the East in the heart of Santander, where tradition and sophistication meet in every dish. Founded by Nabil Bour-qaiba, a passionate chef born in Morocco, this restaurant was born from his desire to share the authentic flavors of his homeland.

 

From a young age, Nabil trained in various restaurants in his country, perfecting his technique and deepening his knowledge of Arab cuisine. Upon arriving in Santander, he noticed the lack of spaces dedicated to this type of cuisine and decided to start his own project, combining his culinary experience with his tourism background to create a unique offering.

 

At La Mano de Fátima, every detail is designed to transport you to the heart of the Middle East. Our menu offers a carefully curated selection of traditional dishes, such as couscous, tagines, falafel, and mezze, made with high-quality ingredients and a touch of sophistication. In addition, an immersive atmosphere, with décor inspired by Arab culture and warm hospitality, ensures that every visit is special.
